Patrice is a licensed CPA and has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance in manufacturing, electronics, software, printing, publishing and healthcare industries.  Companies include small entrepreneurial private entities to multi-billion dollar public companies such as Kaiser Aluminum, RR Donnelley and Sons and USA TODAY.  Her experience has been at the corporate, business unit and operational levels, and her roles have included Controller, Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis, Vice President External Reporting and Vice President and Controller.  As Director of Finance at Cherokee International Corporation, a manufacturer of custom power supplies with facilities in Mexico, Belgium and India, Patrice was an integral part of the management team which took the Company public.  Patrice has been a consultant in Southern California for over 6 years providing interim finance and accounting services.  She is a very versatile CPA, and her focus has been on SEC reporting and IPO companies.  She has over 10 years of experience in this area and has worked on 5 IPOs in the electronics, healthcare, automobile and green tech industries.
